Who runs MenuSmart

MenuSmart is the trade name of its owner, a sole trader (autónomo) established in Spain.

MenuSmart is an online platform for restaurants, bars, cafés, and hotels: multilingual QR-code digital menus, printable PDFs, reservations with a floor plan and guest reviews, and an AI assistant for running the business.

The service is offered only to businesses and professionals, not to consumers.

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes.

• Free plan: no charge.
• Pro plan: €9.99 per month, including 21% Spanish VAT (IVA). The subscription renews every month until you cancel it from the dashboard, and Stripe processes the payment.
• It is a digital service, with no shipping costs.

Under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), MenuSmart’s single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and users of the service is support@menusmart.dev. You can also write to us by post at the address above.

You can contact us in Spanish, English, French, or German. A person handles every message, not only automated tools.

Each establishment publishes the menus, images, prices, allergens, and other information on its public pages and is responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness. MenuSmart hosts that content and does not review it before publication.

If you find content you consider illegal, email support@menusmart.dev with the exact address (URL), why you consider it illegal, and your name and email address. We will review the notice diligently and tell you our decision.

Access to this website is free of charge. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully, in line with this legal notice and in good faith, without damaging the site or its systems, interfering with how it works, or trying to access other people’s accounts or data without authorization.

The contract for the service is governed by the terms of service.

The software, design, text, templates, and the MenuSmart name belong to the owner or the owner’s licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed, or communicated to the public without permission, except as needed for normal use of the site and the service.

Content published by each establishment belongs to that establishment or its licensors.

This site links to third-party sites, such as Stripe, Google, or the establishments’ own websites. MenuSmart does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, and will remove any link as soon as it has actual knowledge that it leads to illegal content.
